The rights, privileges, programs, and activities made available to apprentices, stage employees and related craftsmen shall be made
available to all such persons without discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, sexual orientation, age, religion,
or national or ethnic origin. The Trustees will not discriminate, nor will they authorize anyone acting under color of their
authority to discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, age, religion, or national or ethnic origin in the
administration of educational policy, admissions policy, or any other programs administered by the Trustees.
